Method of waterfall model

Waterfall was the first model for app creation borrowed from the production and building industry where you can not continue to iterate but because the programme is likely to adjust regularly, the waterfall is not the perfect option. The waterfall is considered over agile when examining project features and consumer expectations. Furthermore, pay careful attention to the project's specifications, purpose and target. Waterfall also allows a safer option if the user chooses not to be interested in the development except at the outset, he needs to be contacted and provide a functioning kit at the completion of the programme. Agile operates well where the user is active with both stages so consumers with Waterfall simply need to obtain and activate a update. It emphasis is on a project's planning process while Agile is concerned about relatively little in design. Waterfall takes a longer development and evaluation cycle before new software is released, although agile actively reviews software while it is designed, most frequently done by the developers.

Although Waterfall is best where tasks require a number of mission requirements, Agile is most suitable for tasks where the client is unsure regarding their desired result, needs a short completion period and wishes to be actively involved in the design phase. Performance and speed are critical variables to evaluate when choosing which approach to use in software development
